About the Role

RSR Albania is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Laboratory Division. The ideal candidate will focus on developing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with laboratories, healthcare institutions, and partners across the market.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop new business with both existing and new customers, with a strong focus on acquiring new clients




  • Proactively participate in public initiatives, events, and networking activities to identify and prospect new customers




  • Understand each customer’s needs and provide tailored solutions and appropriate product information




  • Follow up on all leads and ensure accurate updates in the company’s internal ERP system




  • Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure ongoing account coverage and identify new sales opportunities




  • Participate in all stages of the sales cycle, including qualification, presentations, demonstrations, and proposal submissions




  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers, prospects, partners, and market influencers




  • Ensure the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction




  • Maintain a professional, customer-oriented attitude aligned with the company’s core values




  • Prepare and submit sales reports at the company level




  • Report directly to the Head of RSR Albania




Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Strong proactive sales mindset with a “hunter” mentality




  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills




  • Ability to quickly learn and develop in-depth product knowledge




  • Solutions-oriented and systematic sales approach




  • Good understanding of the local market and business operations




  • English language proficiency – minimum B1 level




  • Valid driving license
