Key
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bars,
breakfast buffet, and all F&B services. - Maintain and enforce hospitality standards.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety
regulations. - Train, supervise, and motivate F&B
staff. - Plan staff schedules and manage performance.
- Create a positive and professional service culture
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor
relationships. - Address guest feedback and resolve complaints
promptly - Work with the Executive Chef to develop and update
menus. - Introduce new concepts and improvements for guest
satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of F&B supervisory/management
experience (4–5⭐ hotels preferred). - Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of service standards and
hospitality operations. - Experience in cost control and financial reporting.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
