Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of our premium medical services to prospective clients, focusing on both acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource, addressing inquiries and concerns with integrity and accuracy.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor solutions to each client's unique requirements, ensuring high conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the medical or healthcare sector.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

  • Uphold the highest ethical standards in all business dealings, fostering trust and credibility.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results in a competitive environment.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to sales.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales documentation. 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Fluency in English and additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or German is a plus.
