New business is looking for a dedicated female individual to join our team as a Full-Time Salesperson and administration.
Position: Full-Time Sales and Administration
Hours: 11:00 - 20:00 (with a 1-hour break) (40 hours a week) (weekends off)
Location: Initially working from home and after a few months company may ask you to relocate to an office space in the city of Tirana.
Key Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferably, knowledge or interest in plastic surgeries/aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
• Calling patients and answering phone calls professionally.
• Emailing and replying to emails.
• Scheduling and organising diary.
• Taking payments, sending invoices and receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Utilize basic computer skills for transactions.
• Stay informed about surgeries/aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the administrative/surgical team.
Qualifications:
• Training would be given.
• Fluent in English is a must
• Basic computer skills.
• Interest or knowledge in surgeries/aesthetics is a plus.
• 60k plus bonus after three months of employment.
