Bay Resort & Casino is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic General
Manager to lead all operational, and guest service functions
within the resort. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest
experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth in a
premium hospitality environment.

Key
Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments:
  Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Events, and Security.


• Ensure high-quality service standards throughout the
  resort.


• Implement efficient procedures and solve operational
  challenges promptly.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget.


• Analyze financial performance, control costs, and
  maximize profitability.


• Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure
  departmental efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor
  legislation.
• Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction standards.


• Promote a warm, welcoming, and personalized guest
  experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business
  Management, or related field.


• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in hotel management
  (4–5⭐ preferred).


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving
  skills.


• Solid understanding of financial and operational
  hotel management.


• Excellent English skills; additional languages are an
  advantage.
