Bay Resort and Casino is seeking a dedicated and organized Breakfast Manager
to oversee the daily morning service. This role ensures that the breakfast
buffet, staff, and guest experience meet the resort’s luxury standards.

Key
Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the daily breakfast service.


• Ensure buffet setup, presentation, and food
  replenishment meet quality standards.


• Monitor food quality, freshness, and hygiene.
• Supervise waiters, breakfast cooks, and support
  staff.


• Plan staff schedules based on guest flow.


• Train the team on service standards and guest
  interaction.
• Greet guests and ensure a smooth breakfast service.


• Resolve complaints and accommodate special requests.


• Ensure full compliance with hygiene and safety
  regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in breakfast service or
  F&B roles.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Positive attitude and excellent guest service skills.


• Familiarity with hygiene standards and breakfast
  operations.


• English knowledge required; other languages are a
  plus.
