🚀 We’re Hiring: Chargeback & Risk Analyst 🚀

As a Chargeback & Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and risk mitigation. You'll work closely with our compliance, risk, and big data teams to monitor fraudulent activities, ensure compliance, and optimize dispute resolution processes.
What You’ll Do:✅ Review and respond to chargebacks to maximize win rates
✅ Monitor fraud detection systems and analyze risk trends
✅ Build case documentation for disputes and represent chargebacks
✅ Communicate with partners and clients regarding the dispute process
✅ Ensure compliance with regulations, AML/BSA policies, and internal procedures
🔹 Proven experience in fraud prevention, chargebacks, and transaction monitoring
🔹 Strong knowledge of payment networks and risk assessment
🔹 Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
🔹 Advanced Excel skills and excellent English communication
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
📍 Location: Office in the heart of Tirana
🕙 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
