This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Officer based in Durres. The Finance Officer will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, performing financial reporting tasks, and supporting accounting processes. The role involves analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, and contributing to the overall financial planning and monitoring of the organization.

↳ Key Responsibilities

• Assist in budget monitoring and preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Manage payments and cash flow control, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support tax compliance and alignment with local regulations.
• Coordinate with external advisors and inter-company teams to ensure consistency in reporting and accounting procedures.
• Participate in financial planning and forecasting processes.

▪️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Turkish is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities.
